Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dsprng.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: You will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us or on how the item will be collected. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, the refund can either be transferred to a UAE-based bank account or the customer can opt to receive the refund in the form of reward points in their account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed.
